I have disable the A-Link tag on RotaryNews.com. Even though I had implemented ReCaptcha to make sure only humans were registering, it turns out that 2-3 people a day (actual humans) were registering, and posting links to other sites. So effective immediatly, users will not be able to link to external sites using the <A> tag.
